We've been working with them for our HVAC and AC systems as well as maintenance for the past 2 years. We haven't had any issues so far and Jake has been very informative about the process, pricing options and everything else. I'd definitely recommend them!

My 1st appt was cancelled because the technician found problems that took much longer than expected but the dispatcher texted me to let me know and reschedule. Keenan texted me he was on the way, attaching a picture so I knew he was the real deal. He was quiet, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he found and gave me a detailed description in writing, with estimate for heat exchange replacement in addition to making an appt for a furnace replacement specialist to come at my convenience the same day. I could not have asked for a better experience. Keenan is a keeper!

Robert did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and explained all areas that needed attention, specifying priorities without pressure. He explained to me how to access permits from previous work performed on my home. He even followed up a few days later to ask if I had any further questions and made suggestions of how to stay within my budget.

Chris did a great job of following up with our first warranty inspection. He's friendly and knowledgable. I found it easy to ask questions and get answers that made sense. He provided info re: options for our system w/o being pushing. He had no complaints about going into the crawl space and he even helped me put furniture back that I moved so he could do the inspection. It's not easy to find such great service!

Central Air is my go to for all HVAC and plumbing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. They are consistently professional, friendly, and reliable. Jake serviced my heating, and he was awesome. Highly recommend!

Matt did a great job for us today with scheduled HVAC maintenance, including changing out our filters and giving us some suggestions on how to extend the life of our system. Overall, he was very helpful and we are quite pleased with the service.
